Consultation
Come to us with an idea of what you want your Outdoor Furniture to look like and we’ll guide you through the ins and outs of what will work for you and how we can turn your concept into a one-of-a-kind instant smile-inducer. That’ll all happen at the stage we call the consultation.
In short, it’s the bit where we ensure all of your needs and ideas are fully realized.
CHAPTER 3
Discussion
Apart from a good old fashioned about what you’re looking for, the consultation extends while discussing about measurements, Wicker/materials, design of the Weaving (the bit everybody sees)
considering practical requirements, determining the construction method
CHAPTER 4
Selection
After the initial consultation we get down to business.
Selecting the right metal section grade and gauge to form a prototype structure from scratch using the sketch, measurement to perfectly fit the comfort and style.
CHAPTER 5
Custom Prototype
Fundamentally, furniture making is the same as any design process: it doesn’t work unless you take into account form and function.
Each set of our custom furniture requires the time and attention of our craftsmen to produce a custom pattern to fit the form of your premises and to accommodate the function you’re seeking.
We take into consideration heaps of different factors when designing a prototype for you: your requirements, the style you’re after, the materials we’ve decided on, the overall construction technique, and many more.

CHAPTER 8
Hand Weaving
Our specialized Weaving involves two distinct sets of cane peal to interlaced at right angles to form a Wicker covering
Our Experienced Hand offers you a wide range of patterns and technique…Radio Weave, Satin Weave, Twill Weave, Wrap weave, Rib Weave, Basket Weave, Hexa Weave, Mesh weave, braid, plaiting, and the ends and joints are attached using nails and heat seal ensuring they will stay there as long as you want them to.
CHAPTER 9
Upholstery
The next bit is pretty important. We check to make sure the last and the pattern fit perfectly. This is our last chance to make minor adjustments and get your thumbs up on the finish and the style before we finalize the last of the manufacturing steps. This involves
Stitching the fabric seamlessly to blend with the wicker furniture. The fabric is then cut and stitched to take the form of the last. A soft and puffy foaming and Polly fill filling is then filled, giving them form and integrity to support and comfort you.
CHAPTER 10
Finishing
At Luxox we don’t just make furniture; we maintain them as well though they are almost maintenance free.
All our furniture is made to last for a very long time, but those annoying laws of physics mean there’s no such thing as a furniture that stays intact forever. That’s why when you sink into your brand new set of outdoor furniture, we’re not thinking “Goodbye forever” – we’re hoping this is only the beginning of a beautiful friendly relationship to last for ever even if the next time we see you is in ten years.
